These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of casyit’s website and subscription-based podcast production services.

1. Services

Casyit provides podcast editing, production, show notes, publishing support, and related services based on the plan you purchase.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
• Plans include a defined number of episodes per month.
• Unused episodes do not roll over.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel anytime. Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid billing period.

4. Ownership

You retain full ownership of your podcast content. Casyit does not claim ownership of your audio.

5. Liability

Casyit is not responsible for audience growth, monetization, or distribution outcomes.
